Routine examination

During the examination the dentist examine the teeth and the mucosa and look for mouth diseases.

 

The examination includes a clinic check-up, X-rays, diagnosis, counseling and a short disease treatment. 

 

If diseases are detected, further treatment may be needed. The patient can always ask questions and get counseling during the examination.

We recommend a routine check up one time per year or every second year, with regards to the patients oral status, to prevent oral diseases.

 

Panoramix X-ray

 

Sometimes it is necessary to take a panoramic X-ray image. Such an image shows an overview of the entire upper and lower jaw. We investigate all teeth, roots and jawbone level. This is also an alternative for patients with gagging reflexes.
